Hey there awesome people, here at PoopsieDaisy we have tried to make our packaging as eco friendly as possible as well as keeping it cute! We ship our packages out in cardboard boxes and any additional packaging that is needed to ensure contents of the boxes are not damaged.

Please order a few weeks in advance before the event or occasion you are ordering for. This is because we sell handmade personalised gifts, birthday gifts, Valentines Day gifts and custom gifts! All items are made to order and handmade, there may also be postal delays.

Do you do custom orders?Yes we do! For any enquires about custom orders please contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How long does shipping cost and how long will it take for my order to arrive?All orders have a processing time of 1-2 weeks due to all items being handmade, however we aim to have them done within a few days of your order being made. Postage and packaging prices start at £3.00 and orders will be sent out every Monday and Thursday in batches.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately we do not as of right now. We only ship to the UK.
